THE GROVE IS ... a non-profit organization offering a comprehensive service system for the prevention and treatment of substance abuse and behavioral health problems in Seminole County, Florida and surrounding Orlando areas. The Grove was founded in 1971 by a group of concerned citizens and serves the community by striving to "enhance the ability of youth and families to succeed in life."
All rehab program components are licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities."
If you or someone you know is suffering from alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or substance abuse, let The Grove's rehabilitation program assist in recovery.
It all starts with a professional evaluation. Depending on the results of the evaluation, referral to one of The Grove's programs, or a more appropriate outside facility will be made. Working with the evaluator, the client, and in some instances the client's family, will be involved in establishing treatment goals and recommendations. At this time, treatment schedules, along with admission and financial options can be discussed. Highly trained Certified Addictions Professionals (CAP), Master-level therapists, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors staff the Grove Counseling Center's Assessment and Referral Center. An extensive referral and resource guide is maintained to assist in the referral process. To make an appointment please call: 407-327-1765 or 800-919-1765 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Grove Academy has a 40-bed capacity with separate male and female dormitories. The average length of stay is two to four months. Academic instruction is offered on site five days per week in partnership with Seminole County Public Schools. During their stay, adolescents work towards graduating through a level system, D to A. Clients strive to reach the next level, where new privileges and independence await.
