Dancing Moon Expeditions is about opportunity -- the opportunity that a time-out in nature with skilled therapists and experienced instructors can provide to struggling children and adolescents.
Young women and men who have neglected accountability and responsibility to themselves and others. Often, these adolescents struggle with such issues as drug and alcohol abuse, academic failure, emotional disturbances, depression and anxiety, self-abusiveness and criminal behaviors.
Hiking, rock-climbing and canoing
Therapists meet with participants every three to five days, providing emotional tasks and guidance toward reclaiming a positive life direction.

Our efforts are directed at providing maximum opportunity for families to be supported, educated and empowered during their Expeditions experience
